#1 What makes different to other competitors?

Seek365 is an online mail order delivery service providing a huge selection of products for sale in a number of categories. Our site was launched recently, however we have behind us over 20 years of experience in online trading predominantly on eBay and Amazon. This has helped us build our market knowledge and become great at serving our many customers in the UK and worldwide.

#2 How do I order on

Our ordering process on is very simple. You can either use the ‘Search’ field or select a Category from the dropdown menu on the top navigation bar. Once you have found what you need, add to your cart by clicking on the button. When you are finished shopping, go to the cart on the top right-hand corner, check the quantities and the subtotal and click on . You’ll have to give us your shipping information and  select payment method.

#3 What are the payment methods that you allow on

We accept a wide selection of payment methods including most credit and debit cards as well as PayPal.

#4 How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We process and ship orders within 1 working days after receiving payment.  They are dispatched either via Royal Mail 24 or 48 or Hermes and you’ll receive a tracking number. For more information please refer to our Shipping Policy or contact us.

#5 Can I return my purchases?

Yes, you can return the goods that you have purchased within 30 days of receiving them, provided they are in their original packaging, haven’t been used and are in the same condition as you have received them. The returned products will need to be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

#6 What do I do if the products I’ve ordered are damaged or defective?

Our Refund Policy covers you for these cases. Please check the instructions there and notify us as soon as possible if the goods you ordered haven’t arrived in the expected condition or are defective.

#7 How long will it take for me to receive my refund?

Before we can issue your refund we need to allow for a few days to address your case. Depending on the reason, this might take longer in case we need to contact the manufacturer when defective goods are concerned. Please also allow for some processing time by your credit/debit card company or bank.

#8 Why do I need to register on your site?

You can still complete your purchase even if you don’t have a registered account with us. However, we recommend you use the sign up option as it will ensure faster and smoother checkout journey. From time to time we may also send our registered users special offers or discounts.
